Delta Vacations Analyst, CI and Res Performance
Responsibilities
- Identify insights through different customer feedback channels, that better the customer experience and improve NPS
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and establish meaningful working relationships to ensure collaboration and consistency with data sharing and reporting
- Gather and analyze data from various sources, including, but not limited to, web analytics, customer feedback, business performance, and competitive research, to identify patterns and trends
- Compile data into forecasts, reports, dashboards, and presentations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders across the organization
- Leverage insights to drive improvements in customer and user experiences across multiple channels, providing strategic recommendations and action-oriented solutions
- Monitor performance of promotions, campaigns, strategy implementations, updates, and enhancements, ensuring relevant teams are informed and aware
- Develop and apply domain expertise to analyses that support strategy for Delta Vacations digital, product, marketing, sales, revenue, finance, customer experience, and reservations and support teams, among others
- Prioritize and successfully manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey insights and recommendations clearly to diverse audiences, including leadership, teams, and customers
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong PC skills including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- 2 years of experience working in Analytics, Strategy, Customer Insights, or similar field required
- Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, SAS, SQL, or similar tools
- Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
- Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
