Delta Vacations Senior Program Manager, Luxury Travel

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement initiatives that enhance customer loyalty and elevate the brand’s premium travel offerings.
  • Create and refine exclusive benefits, amenities and experiences in close collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Build and sustain high-value relationships with luxury hospitality and travel partners, serving as a key point of contact to ensure program excellence, alignment with brand standards, and mutual business value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Call Center (CEC), Sales, Rev Mgmt to ensure seamless integration and execution of premium travel offerings.
  • Evaluate program performance, collect feedback, and refine offerings to meet the evolving needs of our premium customer base.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive strategies, and emerging opportunities within the luxury travel sector to ensure offerings remain competitive, distinctive and aligned with the evolving expectations of premium travels.

Requirements

  • Highly motivated self-starter that drives results.
  • Self-sufficient multi-tasker, proficient in original approaches and innovative ideas.
  • Must possess strong attention to detail.
  • Must demonstrate strong English language writing, grammar and proofreading skills.
  • Must be able to communicate with management effectively and professionally.
  • Ability to think creatively, prioritize and successfully manage and lead multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
