• Administrative/ Operational control management
• Assist in the setting up of new business
• Continually review existing business
• Ensure program administration is complete and accurate
• Use/improve/create appropriate frameworks and tools
• Supports internal and external solutions
• Audits the output from processing and claims
• Liaises with external party/partners
• Supports the implementation of action plans
• Maintains and manages policy wording
• Supports the preparation work for all audits

• Degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience managing insurance products
• Highly organized, thorough and diligent with strong project management skills
• Experience of process control, monitoring and improving operational processes
• Team player with experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
• Technology savvy
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, & presentation skills
• Strong proficiency in English and local language required
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Project and Excel
