Content Developer

This Content Developer plays a key role in designing and delivering impactful learning solutions through Southwest University, and they'll have a specialized focus on Ground Operations and Customer Accessibility learning development.

• Develops effective and engaging learning content using industry-leading development tools.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining all learning material for a specific Customer, and can include online learning, classroom curriculum, job aids, simulations, graphics and performance support tools.

• Knowledge of e-Learning authoring tools, such as Articulate 360, RISE, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia and other Adobe tools for authoring Instructor and Learner guides.
• Understanding of efficient development practices including the ability to build content that can be easily sustained over time.
