• Collaborate with business leaders to align on the People strategy
• Support and work with business teams to understand current and future goals and trends
• Design and deliver talent planning activities
• Advise on local and global compensation initiatives
• Develop and work on special and cross-functional projects

• 7+ years of proven performance as a strategic HR Business Partner
• Foundational understanding of HR analytics and experience with HR systems & tools
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Highly collaborative style
• Resourceful, inventive, self-motivated, and able to independently lead
