Senior Associate, Product Management- IT Solutions

We are hiring a Senior Associate, Product Management- IT Solutions to support the adoption, optimization, and lifecycle management of SaaS productivity tools —specifically Microsoft 365, Smartsheet, Airtable, and Mural.

• Support the management of Microsoft 365, Smartsheet, Airtable, and Mural
• Collaborate with senior Product Mgmt to define and implement system enhancements
• Meet with end users to understand needs and translate them into actionable product improvements or support plans

• 2–3 years in product or project management and support, preferably in the IT domain
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and ecosystem
