Resource and Business Execution Associate - Assistant Vice President

The Resource Management Team sits within the Finance CAO Organization. Our Mission is to serve as a trusted partner across Finance to drive transparency and accountability of Citi’s Resources. Specifically, this role is for Citi’s Workforce Management and is reporting to the Head of Resource Management.

• Operationalize approved headcount plans and strategies
• Maintain data integrity and support the entire employee lifecycle from a headcount perspective
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, and business stakeholders to operationalize headcount strategies
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of headcount-related activities
• Contribute to and support initiatives focused on continuous improvement, process optimization, and the implementation of best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related quantitative field
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in an operational finance role, headcount management, HR operations, or a similar analytical and execution-focused position
• Demonstrated experience with data management, reporting, and operational process execution
• Familiarity with headcount planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
