About the role

Responsible for supporting the enterprise-wide asset management system, ensuring all assets align with marketing strategies and brand guidelines. This position requires strong analytical and organizational skills to strategically support operational practices with organizational goals. Additionally, this role involves making independent operational decisions in a fast-paced and evolving environment. In addition, this position requires good communication skills, proficiency in new technologies, and a commitment to excellent customer service. This role contributes to the overall effectiveness of the department through diligent performance of assigned duties.

The value you will bring to the team: Negotiates usage contracts and manages vendor relationships to support the asset management system. Provides ongoing support and troubleshooting for users of the asset management system. Develops and maintains documentation and standard operating procedures for asset management processes. Analyzes data and generates reports to inform decision-making and improve asset management practices. Other duties as assigned. Develops and implements strategies for the effective organization and management of the enterprise-wide asset management system. Inventories, systematizes, and deploys sharable assets across the organization, including brand standards, campaign collections, design templates, logos, marketing collaterals, photography, presentations, tool kits, and videos. Manages user and group permissions, ensuring appropriate access and security for all assets. Oversees the quality and consistency of content within the asset management system. Trains users on the asset management system and its processes to ensure effective utilization Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of asset management processes, recommending and implementing improvements as needed. Collaborates with internal leadership and external vendors to align asset management practices with organizational goals and strategies.

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed: Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Business, Communications or Marketing, or related field of study. 4 advertising, marketing, business or communications experience. Analytical & Organizational Capacity In-depth ability to assess and organize company creative assets into an online collection that is intuitive, and easy to navigate. Attentive to Detail Attentive to administrative, project and budgetary details. Understanding of Consumer Experience - Familiar with the consumer experience and understand what drives a consumer action. Knowledge of Marketing Trends Must be adept at determining if marketing campaigns will be successful, so they should have in-depth knowledge of current trends. Time & Project Management - Able to manage their time efficiently with experience and capacity to handle multiple projects at once. Relationship Minded Values interpersonal relationships and utilizes them to galvanize people and processes in a way that advances Marketing strategies. Experience with enterprise-wide asset management system. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge and expertise within the health care industry. Experience integrating internal/external brand distinctions across a large health care organization or nationally recognized consumer or service-related brand.
