School Behavior Specialist

Support student development as a Behavior Specialist with expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a K-12 school setting. This contract opportunity is ideal for professionals focused on fostering positive behavioral outcomes for students across all grade levels in a supportive educational environment.

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to implement and monitor behavior strategies
• Provide training and guidance to school personnel on behavior management techniques
• Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of interventions and adjust plans as needed
• Support students in developing social, emotional, and adaptive skills essential for academic success

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required
• Experience working with students from kindergarten through 12th grade
