• Directs, supervises and coordinates functions and activities in any or all areas assigned and in which a professional license is held.
• Plans, organizes and supervises the activities of all employees in areas of supervision to assure the prompt efficient, accurate and cost effective delivery of clinical laboratory information, test results, and services.

• Bachelor degree, Florida Clinical Laboratory Supervisor license in specific area(s) supervised and/or Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist license in other areas.
• Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of clinical laboratory supervisor experience in multiple technical areas in an acute care hospital laboratory.
