- Performs scheduling, registration, patient pre-admission and admission at the physician practice
- Performs reception and discharge functions
- Accurately obtains complete and accurate patient demographic information
- Performs proper, compliant patient liability collection techniques before, during and after date of service
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree is preferred
- Critical thinking skills
