Supervisor, Facilities Maintenance

Job Summary: Responsibilities include overseeing various trades including scenic/paint, roofing, maintenance, mill shop, sign shop, and crafts. The main objective is to ensure the maintenance of buildings and premises. This involves managing inter-departmental relationships, prioritizing safety through audits and training, and supervising tasks to uphold safety standards and creative integrity within a theme park. Strong leadership is essential for promoting efficiency and excellence, ultimately enhancing the guest experience by delivering high Show Quality and maintaining Creative intent.

• Oversight of various trades including scenic/paint, roofing, maintenance, mill shop, sign shop, and crafts.
• Ensuring the maintenance of buildings and premises.
• Managing inter-departmental relationships, prioritizing safety through audits and training, and supervising tasks to uphold safety standards and creative integrity within a theme park.

• Technical school or Associate degree is preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience of construction, operation, and maintenance management of a large theme park, including 3+ years of experience in maintenance supervisory responsibilities required
