WW Retail Commercial Manager - EDU/SMB/Refurbished

As the WW Retail Commercial Manager for Education, SMB, and Refurbished, you will lead the development and execution of commercial growth plans for Apple Retail (Online and Stores).

• Formulate Retail’s commercial strategy for Education (College Students), SMB, and Refurbished using clear data-driven inputs and superior ability to create clearly articulated plans.
• Develop high-impact initiatives and commercial plans to implement the strategy for the Education/SMB/Refurbished businesses, including affordability strategy and formulation of new value propositions.
• Identify customer trends and customer behavior to recommend new commercial programs and campaigns.
• Acquire Leadership approvals for highly complex and innovative initiatives through influencing senior stakeholders going from high-level strategic vision to detailed queries.
• Create annual commercial plans that align with the overall strategy and align large cross-functional teams.
• Lead cross-functionally to devise new strategy and go-to-market plans leading the relationship with Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, Product Management, Legal, Operations, and Geo teams.

• 10+ years of experience with expert knowledge of the Retail industry, Commerce, and/or Financial Services.
• Ability to derive logically thought-through actions using clear and ambiguous data and inputs.
• Proven track record in strategy or customer experience functions, successfully developing and leading business initiatives that address clear long-term objectives.
• Self-starter with strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
