CNC Subject Matter Expert (SME)

You will design and oversee critical CNC processes and equipment used to produce our products. In this highly visible role, you’ll collaborate closely with Product Design, Industrial Design, Manufacturing Design, and global suppliers.

• Design and oversee critical CNC processes and equipment
• Collaborate closely with Product Design, Industrial Design, Manufacturing Design, and global suppliers
• Ensure optimal design for CNC manufacturing
• Utilize data, hands-on development, and testing to guide decisions
• Provide feedback to designers

• 3+ years hands-on CNC machining experience
• Experience with machining, cutting-tool selection, and fixture design
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM
• BS, MS, or PhD in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
