Remote Intervention Specialist (Ohio Licensed)

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Remote Intervention Specialist to provide specialized instruction and support to K–12 students with disabilities across Ohio. This role includes developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), delivering differentiated instruction, monitoring progress, and collaborating with school teams — all in a virtual environment.

• Provide virtual specialized instruction aligned with students’ IEP goals and Ohio academic standards.
• Develop, write, and implement IEPs in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Conduct virtual assessments and progress monitoring to inform instruction and IEP updates.
• Modify general education curriculum and provide accommodations to meet diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, families, and school staff.
• Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility determinations, and student support planning.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including service logs, progress reports, and compliance records.
• Use virtual learning tools and platforms to engage students and support learning.

• Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license (Mild/Moderate, Moderate/Intensive, or K–12).
• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 1–2 years of teaching experience with students who have disabilities (in-person or virtual).
• Familiarity with IDEA, IEP development, and specially designed instruction.
