About the role

Delta Vacations Senior Manager, Total Rewards and Talent Management

Responsibilities

  • Lead annual compensation and benefits processes, including market pricing, salary reviews, incentive plan administration, open enrollment, operating budget, and related activities or communications.
  • Deliver talent management programs and learning initiatives designed to increase organizational health.
  • Offer strategic leadership and mentorship to division leaders in support of rewards and recognition programs.
  • Maintain effective partnerships to support detailed implementation and performance of HR Service Delivery initiatives, including payroll, retirement, benefits, and wellness programs.
  • Champion a diverse and inclusive culture where collaboration, innovation and impact are celebrated.

Requirements

  • Candidates for this position may have a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent work experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Seven years of dynamic total rewards or compensation planning experience, with five years in HR leadership preferred.
  • Experience and understanding with compensation planning and strategy, including with hourly teams strongly preferred.
  • Practical experience in talent management, organizational development, project management and/or learning development preferred.
  • Candidates must have strong financial and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing the payment of wages and administration of compensation and employee benefit plans required.
  • Advanced PC skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required, and proficiency with data extraction and analysis tools such as SAP and Tableau required.
  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
