About the role

Senior IT Application Development Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical solution efforts for financial applications, including design, development, testing, implementation, and support.
  • Analyze, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application and integration issues.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and quality benchmarks throughout the application lifecycle.
  • Serve as a lead for technology solution implementation and application integration efforts.
  • Collaborate with customers, database administrators, network engineers, business analysts, and security analysts to build and deliver high-quality, secure solutions.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of professional experience in computer application development and maintenance.
  • Analyzing, designing, implementing, or programming medium to large scale software application using modern technology platforms and languages.
  • Experience with Agile, SCRUMS, Iterative or Waterfall development/project methodologies.
  • Proficient in all aspects of professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle.
