FlexCare is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN to join our team in San Marcos, CA. As a RN - Home Health, you will provide high-quality patient care in a home health setting, assess patient needs, and develop individualized care plans.

• Provide high-quality patient care in a home health setting
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention
• Conduct home visits to assess patient condition and provide care

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Current RN licensure
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• $2,470.80/week
