Interventional Radiology Technologist

A healthcare facility in Hartford, CT is seeking a skilled Imaging - IR Technician for a contract position. This role offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with every other Wednesday off. Ideal candidates will bring expertise in interventional radiology imaging and a commitment to delivering precise and compassionate patient care.

• Perform interventional radiology imaging procedures according to established protocols.
• Prepare and maintain imaging equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to support diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.
• Monitor patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of imaging activities and patient information.

• Proven experience as an Interventional Radiology Technician or similar imaging role.
• Proficient with imaging technology and safety standards specific to interventional radiology.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise protocols.
