School-Based Physical Therapist

A leave replacement opportunity is available for a Physical Therapist to support a K-12 school setting for approximately six weeks, beginning October 27th.

• Provide physical therapy services to students in the schools' K-12 setting according to established schedules
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare providers to support individualized therapy plans
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain clear documentation and records in compliance with regulations and school policies

• Valid Physical Therapy license with experience in school-based and healthcare settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills suitable for working with children and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to manage caseload efficiently within the contracted schedule
• Familiarity with K-12 school environments and regulations preferred
