Responsibilities
- Travel to Adult Family Homes to conduct on-site inspections
- Manage workload including planning and preparation, completion of inspections, and completion of written technical reports
- Observe resident services and care within the physical environment
- Conduct interviews with residents, family members, and other community representatives
- Communicate findings with providers throughout the inspection process
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing/Diploma Nurse AND five years of experience as an RN in a long-term care setting
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing AND three years of experience as an RN in a long-term care setting
- Master of Nursing/Master of Science in Nursing AND two years of RN experience in a long-term care setting
