About the role
Apple is seeking an experienced Employee Relations (ER) Operations Process Manager with a strong background in managing sensitive ER processes
Responsibilities
- Manage sensitive and complex operational activities related to sensitive employee relations processes
- Lead and be a key member of various continuous improvements processes across employee relations
- Be the primary point of contact for US process execution and partner with Employee Relations Business Partner (ERBP) and People Business Partner (PBP) teams
Requirements
- 7+ years of deep expertise in employee relations and human resources processes
- Extensive experience in managing processes and related legal and regulatory requirements
- Strong presentation skills and experience with applications such as Keynote or Powerpoint
- Highly analytical with a strong proficiency in Excel reporting
- Executive reporting skills and the ability to use data to highlight and influence
- Knowledge of US Employment law and ER Processes
