About the role

Apple is seeking an experienced Employee Relations (ER) Operations Process Manager with a strong background in managing sensitive ER processes

Responsibilities

  • Manage sensitive and complex operational activities related to sensitive employee relations processes
  • Lead and be a key member of various continuous improvements processes across employee relations
  • Be the primary point of contact for US process execution and partner with Employee Relations Business Partner (ERBP) and People Business Partner (PBP) teams

Requirements

  • 7+ years of deep expertise in employee relations and human resources processes
  • Extensive experience in managing processes and related legal and regulatory requirements
  • Strong presentation skills and experience with applications such as Keynote or Powerpoint
  • Highly analytical with a strong proficiency in Excel reporting
  • Executive reporting skills and the ability to use data to highlight and influence
  • Knowledge of US Employment law and ER Processes
