Director, Project Management

As a Director, Project Manager at Capital One, you will create strategies and lead a team through high priority projects for the company. You will collaborate with smart and passionate leaders to influence results that have a direct impact on the company’s bottom line.

• Leading moderate to large sized teams to drive complex projects and programs
• Designing, developing, and managing project plans
• Ensuring projects are being delivered on time and on budget
• Partnering cross-functionally with project customers
• Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
• At least 5 Years of Project Management experience
• At least 3 Years of People Management experience
