Software Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and versatile .NET Developer to join our team, contributing to application development and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) initiatives and ensuring the smooth operation of production systems.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance .NET applications, focusing on robust API development to facilitate seamless integration and data exchange between systems.
• Provide Level 2 support for production applications, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolutions to maintain service availability.
• Collaborate with front-end teams to design and implement user-friendly interfaces using Angular, adhering to best practices for responsive design.
• Monitor application performance and reliability, utilizing SRE principles to proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Participate in incident management processes, ensuring that production incidents are effectively handled and documented.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and troubleshooting instructions.
• Engage in peer code reviews and share knowledge to promote best practices and enhance overall code quality.
• Participate in the deployment process, ensuring smooth integration of new features and system upgrades with minimal disruption.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to .NET development, API services, Angular, and SRE practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in .NET development with a strong focus on API design and implementation.
• Proficiency in Angular and related front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience in providing technical support, preferably in a Level 2 support or similar capacity.
• Solid understanding of site reliability engineering practices and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with version control systems (such as Git) and experience working in Agile development environments is a plus.
