Solutions Performance and Insights Lead

• Drive performance measurement and insights across Azure solution plays
• Own and evolve team dashboards and reporting infrastructure
• Partner with stakeholders to surface actionable insights and enable data-driven decision-making
• Lead the development of scalable reporting frameworks that support trendspotting, performance benchmarking, and executive storytelling across solution plays and partner-led motions

• Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
• 5+ years experience in Data Analysis, Business Planning OR Finance
