Special Ed Teacher

An opportunity is available for an Elementary Special Education Teacher to support students in a Federal Setting 2 classroom.

• Manage a caseload starting with 4 students, with potential growth to up to 7 students
• Deliver specialized instruction using curricula such as SONDAY, Great Leaps, and Moving with Math
• Maintain compliance and documentation through SpedForms to meet due process requirements
• Adapt instructional strategies to meet individual student needs in a Federal Setting 2 classroom environment
• Collaborate with colleagues and families to support student progress and well-being

• Experience in special education, preferably with elementary-aged students
• Ability to work independently and manage classroom tasks efficiently
• Willingness to learn and apply specific curricula and digital platforms related to special education
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Adaptability to changing caseloads and schedules
