Delta Vacations Senior Analyst, Systems Integration
Responsibilities
- Conduct market analysis to identify relevant technology trends, competitor solutions, and industry best practices
- Compare different technology options based on performance metrics and industry standards and analyze the technical feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and implementation challenges of potential technology solutions
- Present key stakeholders, including leadership teams, with comprehensive reports detailing findings, recommendations, and potential risks associated with technology evaluations
- Interact with technology vendors and strategic sourcing team to gather information, negotiate contracts, and manage the implementation processes
- Develop plans for integrating new technologies into existing systems and processes and lead implementation phases, including system configuration, data migration, testing, and user training
- Coordinate between internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration that meets business needs, monitors project progress against established timelines and identifies potential risks or roadblocks
- Develop and maintain workstream documentation including epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria, among others
- Coordinate user testing and the development of any associated training materials or documentation related to product launch
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or equivalent work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three years’ experience with sourcing/implementation or related fields required
- Two years’ experience working in Agile environment or project management with a strong track record of balancing multiple initiatives and producing results
- Strong PC skills including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
- Solid understanding of software development, integration, and implementation processes
- Ability to analyze complex technical data and draw relevant conclusions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
- Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
- Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
