About the role

Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject-matter expert in the facilities management or operations field
- Provide an excellent experience, understand Googlers needs and deliver the solutions
- Be a trusted partner, building the relationships with business leaders and external partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute regional initiatives and programs
- Utilize knowledge of environmental and government regulations to ensure compliance and understand industry trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 12 years of experience in facility management and service in facilities, hospitality, corporate services, property management or equivalent office management experience
- Ability to communicate in Japanese and English fluently
- Experience developing and managing budgets along with excellent financial management and purchasing skills
- Ability to influence at all levels and to collaborate with other business units to meet company goals and standards
