School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Navarre, Florida

A contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in an elementary school setting located in Navarre, FL. This role is ideal for an SLP who has experience working in school environments and is looking for a full school year (CSY) commitment.

• Conduct speech and language assessments and diagnostics for elementary-aged students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress.
• Document and maintain accurate records of student evaluations and therapy sessions.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as required.

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience working within school systems, preferably with elementary students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, families, and school personnel.
• Ability to manage caseload and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with educational regulations and IEP processes.
