Account Service Coordinator - Paragon Healthcare
Responsibilities
- Analyzing performance trends and operational drivers
- Building Quarterly Business Reviews
- Interprets and supports plan benefit design
- Resolves complex claims, benefit, and enrollment issues
- Makes routine account visits
- Coordinates open enrollment meetings, renewal process and training sessions; and on-site facility visits
Requirements
- BA/BS degree and 3+ years of experience managing business operations and/or customer relationship
