Food Service Ops Supervisor Part Time

The role you'll contribute: Under with the FANS management team, the Food Service Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing patient tray line, floor stock, retail preparation, cook line, catering request, and delivery of patient trays. Assisting management in the planning, directing, and evaluation of production and presentation of food operations. Maintains organized workstations, and ensure proper flow for day to day operations. Ensures staff is following all policy and procedures to create the best possible patient and guest experience. Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment and maintains safety standards.

• Oversee patient tray line, floor stock, retail preparation, cook line, catering request, and delivery of patient trays.
• Assisting management in the planning, directing, and evaluation of production and presentation of food operations.
• Maintains organized workstations, and ensure proper flow for day to day operations.
• Ensures staff is following all policy and procedures to create the best possible patient and guest experience.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment and maintains safety standards.

• At least three-year experience in food service experience in hospitality or healthcare industry.
• High School Diploma Required
• Current Serve Safe or other food safety or HACCP certification upon 90 days of hire.
