Technology Delivery Manager Senior Vice President

The Technology Delivery Manager is accountable for management of complex/critical/large initiatives. Manage by influence a team of professionals to execute against technology strategy and business initiatives. Applies in-depth understanding of the business impact of technical contributions and applies innovative and creative product mindset. Accountable for delivery of technology programs of work to global business stakeholders. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level.

• Collaborates with IT functional/departmental executives and business leaders to deliver business value
• Resource planning and financial management
• Works on internal communications
• Resolves complex and varied issues with substantial potential impact
• Impacts the area through responsibility for planning, finances/budget, end results, setting policies and contribution to strategic decisions

• 10+ years of experience in technology planning with commensurate experience in technology delivery and people management
• Budget management, Risk & Control management, influencing skills

• Resource planning and financial management
• Works on internal communications

• Impacts the area through responsibility for planning, finances/budget, end results, setting policies and contribution to strategic decisions
