This role focuses on monitoring patients with cardiac and other complex medical conditions using advanced telemetry technology, ensuring rapid response to any changes in their status.

• Monitor cardiac telemetry equipment to track patient heart rhythms continuously.
• Assess and document patient conditions, communicating any irregularities promptly to healthcare teams.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-discharge care.

• Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in telemetry nursing or acute care environments.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced clinical settings.
