About the role
The Director Patient Experience serves as a change agent for AdventHealth Tampa and the West Florida Division. He/she is responsible for directing consulting, education and initiatives to drive excellence in patient and family experience throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
- Directing consulting, education and initiatives to drive excellence in patient and family experience throughout the organization.
- Analyzing and translating statistical patient experience results to identify best practices.
- Collaborating with physicians to enhance communication with patients and families.
- Implementing experience blueprints and standards for consistent service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's of Nursing
- 10 years of work experience
- 5 years of Leadership Experience
- Registered Nurse (RN)
