About the role

The Director Patient Experience serves as a change agent for AdventHealth Tampa and the West Florida Division. He/she is responsible for directing consulting, education and initiatives to drive excellence in patient and family experience throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Directing consulting, education and initiatives to drive excellence in patient and family experience throughout the organization.
  • Analyzing and translating statistical patient experience results to identify best practices.
  • Collaborating with physicians to enhance communication with patients and families.
  • Implementing experience blueprints and standards for consistent service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's of Nursing
  • 10 years of work experience
  • 5 years of Leadership Experience
  • Registered Nurse (RN)
