About the role
The Field Sales Representative, Security and Defense Industry (German, English) will be responsible for customers in the German defense and security industry. The role will prioritize customer success and impact by building trusted relationships and work seamlessly with Google Cloud Product, Engineering and Partner teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive Google Cloud's growth within Germany's key security and defense accounts
- Build executive-level relationships and become a trusted advisor who influences technology and business decisions
- Position Google Cloud's sovereign, secure and classified cloud, data, and AI solutions to help solve customer issues
- Lead the full business cycle, from developing comprehensive account strategies to facilitating and closing multi-year agreements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience with quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or account management at a B2B software company
- 10 years of experience in sales covering the German security and defense industry
- Ability to communicate in German and English fluently
