Sr. Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst will be an FP&A professional supporting Cardiac Rhythm Management team in Operations Finance. This position will be partnering with site finance and operations leadership to drive financial ownership, cost efficiency, and business excellence.

• Supporting the execution of the annual budget, quarterly 'latest best estimate' forecast cycles, and monthly financial reporting
• Variance analysis, annual product & R&D allocation, and strategic ad-hoc analyses
• Collaborating with site finance and operations leadership to drive financial ownership, cost efficiency, and business excellence

• Associate Degree in Accounting / Finance required
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience
• Self-motivated and proactive, setting high standards for success
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Great communication skills and ability to articulate results based on audience
• Quick learner and adaptable to changes and new environment
