Senior Director, Compensation at Capital One

• Lead and develop multiple teams of Compensation professionals
• Develop and build support for a multi-year roadmap of compensation priorities
• Lead meetings with C-Suite leaders
• Serve as escalation point, owning resolution with partners and senior business leaders

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
• At least 10 years of experience in compensation, finance, human resources or a combination
• At least 5 years of experience in a consulting role
• At least 5 years of experience in people management
