About the role
The Microsoft Teams Core Engineering team is seeking an experienced Senior Business Administrator
Responsibilities
- Manage calendar and time-planning support for the VP of the Client + Framework engineering team
- Navigate ambiguous situations and arrange travel using Microsoft tools
- Develop a deep understanding of the business rhythm
- Execute business cadence by coordinating scheduling and managing meeting logistics
- Cultivate solid relationships with stakeholders across multiple organizations
- Coordinate logistics and provide onboarding support for new employees, vendors, and interns
- Support the planning, coordination, promotion, and execution of events
- Manage large-scale space requests by liaising between administrative staff and space planners
- Execute diverse projects and tasks with minimal supervision
- Identify risks and challenges within core areas of responsibility and communicate these to relevant stakeholders
- Actively contribute to and engage with the Teams, CAP and E+D Admin communities
Requirements
- 5+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience
- Proven expertise in managing complex calendars
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience serving as mentor to others
- 3+ years experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets
