As a Member of Technical Staff of the Interface Network Management team, you will work as an Automation developer to automate manual operations, saving FTE hours and cost while improving quality and process efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Prepare SDD/PDD documents after analyzing new business use cases.
- Develop use cases from scratch and maintain existing use cases using RPA Automation Anywhere 360 and Python.
- Deep unit testing is required for each developed use case, as well as support during UAT testing.
- Assist teams with reviews, deployment, documentation, and the training process, among other things.
- Responding to questions raised by business stakeholders in Team's channel.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- 3-5 years of Hands-on experience in RPA/Python/MySQL
- Troubleshooting ability
- Experience interacting with client & escalations.
- Handson/knowledge in Machine Learning will be an added advantage.
