• Analyze and assess risk for new and renewal employer group contracts
• Prepare and present complex quotes and renewals with precision and confidence
• Use advanced underwriting tools and systems to produce accurate, timely deliverables
• Collaborate with sales, claims, and customer service teams to develop tailored underwriting strategies
• Mentor and guide peers, review work for accuracy, and identify training opportunities
• Conduct audits, track allowances, and ensure all financials are accurate and aligned with compliance standards
• Lead or contribute to projects focused on automation, process improvement, and operational excellence

• Proven experience in underwriting with increasing levels of complexity
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
• Confidence in presenting to internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
