• Lead the development of dashboards, scorecards, and executive-ready insights
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into clear narratives
• Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy and financial transparency
• Manage the monthly and quarterly financial close process
• Build and maintain robust financial models
• Establish and drive a predictable Rhythm of Business cadence
• Facilitate key forums and ensure processes are efficient and scalable

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field
• 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field
• 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
• Equivalent experience
