• Define fast response times for a new service or application
• Collaborate with engineers from across Apple to define metrics and set targets
• Uncover optimization opportunities and define quality guardrails
• Ship a product/service that will delight customers

• 5+ years of industry experience optimizing for CPU, Memory and Latency issues
• 5+ years of industry experience of understanding of OS and Application performance best practices
• 5+ years of industry experience using profiling/statistics/visualization tools
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
