This opportunity seeks a dedicated paraprofessional to support K-12 students in a dynamic school setting in Detroit, MI. The role is designed for a contract duration throughout the school year (CSY), providing essential assistance to teachers and contributing to a positive learning environment.

• Support classroom teachers in instructional activities and management
• Assist students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning objectives
• Help maintain a safe and organized classroom atmosphere
• Support students with diverse learning needs and behavioral challenges
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to promote student success

• Experience working as a paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff
• Ability to assist with instructional activities across various grade levels (K-12)
• Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards supporting student development
• Familiarity with classroom technology and educational tools is a plus
