• Technical breadth to grasp vertical system integration challenges
• Ability to filter and comprehend large amount of technical data
• Ability to work collaboratively and multi-functionally across diverse teams and audiences
• Experience leading large multi-functional leadership forums
• Ability to influence others without authority and build trust with other teams
