About the role
In this role, you will act as a leader responsible for the full philanthropic lifecycle from defining regional strategy to executing grants and measuring impact across North America and Latin America
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the philanthropic strategy for the Americas
- Oversee the full grant lifecycle for the multiple-country portfolio
- Serve as an internal advisor on critical trends
- Build and maintain a consequential partner network
- Partner with research teams to set clear impact metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience in development, program, or project management
- 10 years of experience in people management
- 8 years of experience in philanthropy, corporate social responsibility, or international development
