About the role

Job Summary: In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this senior technical leader position is also responsible for leading the development of internet applications and software tools.

Responsibilities

  • Drives the execution of multiple work streams by identifying customer and operational needs
  • Develops and updates new procedures and policies
  • Gains cross-functional support for objectives and priorities
  • Translates business strategy into actionable business requirements
  • Obtains and distributes resources
  • Sets standards and measures progress
  • Removes obstacles that impact performance
  • Guides performance and develops contingency plans accordingly
  • Solves highly complex issues
  • Influences the completion of project tasks by others

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field
  • Eight (8) years experience in software development or a related field
  • Minimum six (6) years experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions development life cycles (SDLC)
  • Minimum four (4) years in a technical leadership role with or without direct reports
  • Minimum six (6) years experience developing and/or implementing web-based applications
  • Minimum four (4) years experience in developing and utilizing cloud-based technologies
  • Minimum four (4) years experience working with web application frameworks
