Responsibilities

  • Provide inpatient pharmacy services.
  • Review and verify medication orders.
  • Prepare and dispense medications.
  • Monitor patient medication therapy.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct medication reconciliation and patient education.

Requirements

  • BS in Pharmacy or PharmD
  • Holds an active Kentucky Pharmacist License.
  • Has hospital experience.
  • Strong clinical and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
