About the role
The role you'll contribute: Responsible for performing tasks related to the transport of patients and indirect patient care. This position ensures the effective delivery of necessary supplies and items for continuous patient care and facilitates patient movement across multiple departments. The value you'll bring to the team: Performs safe and timely transport of patients interdepartmentally and upon discharge. Conducts rounds for the delivery and pickup of supplies, records, specimens, x-rays, orders, and equipment. Promptly responds to stat calls and meets requests of clinical staff. Assists in handling calls regarding violent patients and supports in take down procedures.
